Helen Georgio is the Founder and CEO of THIS IS ICON and THIS IS ICON Creative CIC, a purpose-led platform at the intersection of fashion, music, business and social impact. With a strong background in talent, events and brand development, Helen has built THIS IS ICON into an official London Fashion Week on-schedule platform, creating opportunities for emerging designers, models, artists and creative talent while connecting them with leading brands, industry figures and international audiences. Through THIS IS ICON Creative CIC, Helen is committed to breaking down barriers within the creative industries, championing diversity, inclusion, sustainability and opportunity, and using the power of fashion and entertainment to create meaningful change.

Caroline Hanks - Farmer

With many years of experience behind me, including a successful career in finance, as well as experience as a theatre critic and performer, Hanks - Farmer brings a unique blend of business, creative and industry experience to This Is Icon CIC. She has been part of the This Is Icon journey since its creation and she is passionate about creating opportunities, nurturing emerging talent and helping to shape the future of the creative industries. As a Director of This Is Icon CIC, Hanks - Farmer looks forward to developing the organisation for the future alongside my fellow co-directors, creating opportunities for the designers, performers, musicians and creative talent of tomorrow.

Stephen Smith

Stephen Smith is an educational leader, entrepreneur and philanthropist with more than 30 years of experience spanning the creative industries, higher education, enterprise and social impact. After more than two decades in senior leadership roles across the higher education sector, he went on to establish a specialist university in London's Mayfair, pioneering a model that combined academic study with enterprise incubation and entrepreneurship. Today, much of his work focuses on philanthropy, governance and creating opportunities for young people through education and enterprise.

Ha Smith

Ha Smith is an entrepreneur, education advocate and philanthropist with more than 30 years’ experience working across higher education, business development and purpose-led enterprise. Throughout her career, she has supported initiatives focused on creativity, entrepreneurship and social impact, including helping establish the JCA London Fashion Academy alongside internationally renowned designer Jimmy Choo, supporting the development of emerging designers and next-generation creative talent. Through her Mayfair-based ventures — including the purpose-led skincare brand MaiMai London — Ha continues to champion a model that combines entrepreneurship with meaningful social impact, with a strong focus on supporting children and young people.
