ICON events have become a fixture of London Fashion Week and on Friday 15th September returned with a celebrity gala and awards ceremony at the Connaught Rooms in the De Vere Grand Hotel, London in aid of prostate cancer charity prost8.org.uk.

Our event, the 'This is Icon' gala, has long been a shining beacon of both glamour and purpose. This year's edition held a special place in our hearts as it seamlessly integrated an award ceremony, captivating performances, and a series of stunning catwalk presentations. Our spotlight was firmly fixed on the incredible charity organization, 'Prost8,' underscoring our unwavering commitment to meaningful causes.

The ambiance of our chosen event space, the enchanting 'Grand Connaught Rooms,' served as the perfect canvas for an evening filled with festivities. The fusion of opulence and elegance in this historic venue beautifully complemented the haute couture gracing the runway, enveloping the atmosphere in refined grandeur.

Throughout the night, our esteemed guests were treated to a sensory feast, with each runway walk and performance deeply infused with a sense of purpose. The juxtaposition of high fashion with our underlying charitable mission lent every moment a profound depth that resonated deeply with all in attendance.

As the evening reached its pinnacle with the unveiling of Malan Breton's final collection, the room erupted in resounding applause and a tangible feeling of gratitude. An astonishing 70,000 messages of appreciation poured in from every corner of social media and beyond, serving as a testament to the profound impact of Breton's creative vision.

All proceeds will go to Prost8’s campaign to secure equipment for the NHS to provide revolutionary treatments for prostate cancer which are far less invasive and life changing than conventional prostate cancer treatments.
